At each visit, you can earn multiple Tooth Tokens. You must have good oral hygiene to participate in the Tooth Token Reward Program.

You can earn Tooth Tokens for the following:

    • Clean teeth and healthy gums 
    • Arriving on time 
    • Having no broken or loose appliances 
    • Wearing your rubber bands and/or headgear as instructed 
    • Signing in and brushing prior to being seated 
    • Achieving academic excellence 
    • Participating in community service 
    • Awards for sports/activities 
    • Office contests/activities

Tokens may be cashed in at any time for cool prizes. You also have the option of submitting your tokens for a donation to a charity of your choice.
